Though we hope that you will never need to return anything, should you wish to make a claim relating to your product ie damage, incorrect goods etc this must be done within 24hours of receiving your goods.
After confirming your claim we shall re-supply the goods or credit your account in full.
None defective Returns
None defective product can be returned within 30 days of invoice, with all packaging and in anew condition, with the invoice for a refund, minus the shipping cost and a £2.50 restocking fee

Items will be shipped within 2-3 working days after payment is completed.
Royal mail, Hermes , Yodal, DPD and UPS are our logistic providers, items should be delivered within 3-5 working days
Note please check your parcel before signing for it, any problem with the parcel, please mark on signature that it is damaged when received.

if it is not faulty you can return an item so long as it is within 30 days of purchase and as long as the item is returned unopened , unused and in resalable condition, complete with all original packaging. purchase is liable for return postage.
